Together with Sargun Oshana and Eva Præstiin, we dive into a conversation about changing institutions.
What they both have in common is that they have helped create radical changes in two Copenhagen performing arts institutions and challenged the status quo, and we will talk about how they have created changes that are not dependent on individuals, but become part of the DNA of an institution.
Who have they created the development for? We will start a conversation that will hopefully inspire, initiate and provoke new perspectives, methods and discussions about being an evolving institution and what a performing arts institution should be.
The conversation is aimed at everyone working in the performing arts field.
HAUT offers refreshments along the way and we look forward to spending the afternoon with you!
Sargun Oshana and Eva Præstiin bring two different artistic and managerial perspectives.
As former artistic director from 2021 to 2023, Sargun Oshana helped transform Teater Grob into Blaagard Teater and define the theater's new focus on diversity and representation.

Since 2019, Eva has been co-director of Betty Nansen alongside Elisa Kragerup. Through “Betty Udvikler” (Betty Develops), they have broken with traditional power hierarchies in the development of collective work processes and production formats.

Conversations On is a conversation and knowledge sharing format that aims to make us smarter together and put important discourses on the agenda.
It's a format where we can talk about structural issues, as well as themes that belong to other disciplines.
