The recipe is simple: 4 playwrights, 4 directors, 16 actors and 48 hours. We throw it all into a big pot, and serve 4 world premieres to the audience. The participants in The Cold Table are exposed to a number of sharp frames, leg strain and time pressure, in order to jointly present new Danish performing arts and drama.

— It is quick'n' dirty and a pure delight for the palate.

In the summer of 2011 we sat down for the first time around Det Kolde Bord (The Cold Table) at Huset i Magstræde, which formed the perfect setting for a project that was new, young, fresh and, not least, extremely ambitious. Now we are back, with the 16th lap and rejoicing like little children. - Participants will be published later.

The Group Med venlig hilsen was formed in 2012 by the group behind the theatre concept Det Kolde Bord, a 48-hour theatre project, with the aim of continuing to develop new projects focusing on the development of new Danish performing arts.

Artistic group: Thea Kulavig, Magnus Berg, Jacob Teglgaard, Rebekka Bentzen and Jonas Schou
Production manager: Pernille Rosa Thomsen

Det Kolde Bord has existed since 2011 and, in addition to Copenhagen theatres, has visited theatres in both Aarhus and Odense, as well as Sarpsborg in Norway.
