The Program
Opera doesn't just mean plush audience seats and vibrating sopranos. Today, modern composers are increasingly taking up the challenge of opera. The informal platform for new music, Frankenstein's Lab, explores why.
The evening opens with a presentation and discussion of the opera: ”Sun goes up, sun goes down“. The second part of the evening will take the form of a panel discussion with short presentations from composers Ylva Lund Bergner, Jexper Holmen, Lasse Schwanenflügel Piasecki, Steingrimur Rohloff and Niels Rønsholdt.
