Audiovisual Performance inspired by the reflection of light, the sound movement and space.
Bodies, audio and video framed in one big sentient universe, when video artist Kristin Wichstrøm and sound artist Cæcilie Overgaard unite their expressions in an audiovisual performance that appeals to the audience's imagination.
Side by side, with their bodies as silhouettes behind canvases, video artist Kristin Wichstrøm and sound artist Cæcilie Overgaard will place themselves, the audience and space, in one big sensory universe.
Their audiovisual performance explores scenic elements, such as body, object and space, without a concrete story, and with appeal to the audience's own associations.
The sound page is based on Cæcilie Overgaard's upcoming debut album 'The sound wave of the heartbeat', which moves genre-wise at the intersection of Nordic electronica and sound art.
The visual side is Kristin Wichstrøm's interpretation of Cæcilie's sound universe.
Inspired by the reflection of light, the movement of sound and space, the visuals are largely improvised live, based on the change of sound and the mood of the room.
