Over the past few years, there has been a lot of talk about gender equality and diversity in the cultural industry.
That there is a challenge is clear to most, but what can we do as an industry and supporter to improve the conditions for equality and diversity? SEARCHES focuses on the subject and invites Copenhagen's Culture and Leisure Mayor Franciska Rosenkilde to a conversation about it.
Together with an exciting panel from the performing arts industry will SEARCHES continue the dialogue around where the initiative for greater equality and diversity starts.
